When I was in the Tokyo airport, I purchased some Lychee Oolong Tea (loose tea in silk teabags, though they could be synthetic) made by the Nam Wan Tea Co. That tea is wonderful. It has great aroma and hints in the taste of the lychees and the tea is delicate yet very complimentary to the lychees. I was trying to find some more as I'm running out, but I could not find a US supplier (it appears to be made in Singapore). So, when I found this tea at Amazon, I thought perhaps I had a new source of a similar tea. But, alas, this is not comparable. The tea offered by Amazon is much stronger and there is little of the lychees to notice. It's like plain US oolong tea. If that is what you are used to, you might like it. But it was a giant let down for me. The box is nice and it would make a nice gift for an oolong fan but if you've had the best lychee oolong as I have, I'd forget this.
