Our Organic whole wheat pasta is processed with care from La Terra e il Cielo's pasta factory. Its is particularly appreciated by the careful consumer for its richness and wholesome qualities. To produce Organic gourmet quality pasta our grains are stone milled.

This is probably the hardest-to-find whole grain pasta out there...pricey, a bit, yes; but if you don't eat it daily, it's a good thing. The size is actually 17.5 ozs, not 16 oz...so that's a bonus. There's high fiber, 5 grams per 2 ozs dry pasta, it's organic, comes from Italy, the description says: uses pure spring water of the Appeninine Mountains, uses no pesticides or synthetic fertilizers, uses a low-temperature drying process (within 48 hrs) preserving the protein content (7 grams). This contains just wheat, no other allergens which are a concern to me b/c my 3-yr-old granddaughter is allergic to dairy, eggs and peanuts...she can eat these 'little ears' pasta. So considering all, this is a lot for the money and hope this pasta will always be available.
