Rossi Pasta Very Chili Linguini. 4.00mm wide. Cooks quickly, in about 2 1/2 to 4 minutes. Made with chili powder, turmeric, cumin and cayenne pepper. Spicy, but not disabling. This is the consummate pasta for Tex-Mex chilis and southwestern soups. Cook al dente and incorporate with your favorite recipes just before serving. (Top with sharp melted cheeses to round out the spice.) For a quick late-night meal, toss with the basic essentials: ground beef, chili beans, squeezed lime and parmesan cheese.
